Forget seeing Billie cry, seeing DAVID trying not to cry...OMG! The FEELS! I started to cry!

Could never hear the scene the same again after I found that out. I cry now every time it comes up in my rewatch

She decided to leave dw, but you can see she didnt want to go at the end. She even said she made her choice before meeting david and she never thought she would love him so much. That makes this even harder to see.

Yes but writers didn't plan she would go at the end if season two. They had to because she was leaving. I wanted to see Rose's real goodbye in season 3 or 4 maybe.

I had a huge problem with Martha for the same reason at first three episodes maybe. Then I accepted her and I got to know her and then I just loved her too. :) Never as much as I love Rose of course.

you've completely made this up... she was supposed to leave after the first half of season 2 but decided to stay when she met david. if she didn't want to leave, the crew would have been more then happy to let her stay. the writers did not PLAN for her to go at a specific point, dr who writers have to be very flexible and all companion departures have been written after the actor decided to leave.

No they aren't. They aren't even filmed an episode at a time. It depends on locations/stunts etc. There is another video diary were they are filming the beach scene at the end of the final episode and it was months before the end!
