My daughter and I watched the show a few months ago and both really loved it! We've both dealt with fairly severe mental health issues and appreciated the show. We talk about Campbell Bain pretty often.

What a delightful person David Tennant is. Could listen to him waffle on for much longer than this, he brings every anecdote with warmth. Must do, wearing such amazing knitwear. When I was a kid, we tended to watch things over and over because we had only a limited amount of things on VHS. We'd bother my parents with The Great Mouse Detective, mostly.

I could literally listen to this man talking for hours and never get bored. He's just so funny and down-to-earth, I genuinely absolutely adore this gentleman. How can you NOT love him? 🥺 He just seems like such a delightful person, I'd love to meet him one day and thank him for everything he's done for so many people. Truly such a talent! Also, I'm still not over him being such a supportive ally for his child & others with all the non-binary pins and pride pins he wears. 🥺

There's nothing to be guilty about it, it's a great fun show. Guilty pleasures are for things like liking a kid's show, or some cheesy romance and so but as was already said, enjoy what you enjoy. Nothing to feel guilty about with Casanova.

this whole thing is pure gold. I love coming back to it, but my favorite part is how he met Michael Sheen. These two have such a love & adoration for each other, and it fills me with joy to hear they've known each other for so long. Here's to another 20 years of them together!

I think my new goal is to know my best friend for 20 years like Michael and David. To achieve something like that would be amazing. 😮

I watched Takin Over the Asylum a few months ago and it's wonderful!! My daughter and I talk about Campbell Bain all the time!! The character is has bipolar disorder and the amount of energy David had in that show was truly mind blowing!

Was first introduced to David's work in Casanova. I also love his scene in Doctor Who with the Racknoss and killing all her babies. Catherine's call to the Doctor, "Doctor, you can stop now." made me say hey now, there's more to this comic actress than meets the eye. Definitely brilliant pair.

Christopher Heyerdahl is another actor who has the incredible ability to have his face do almost nothing, and yet somehow there's waves of emotion emanating from it.

I love this man he’s a living legend 😊

Ah, the similarities of childhoods of those from West Central Scotland who were born in the 70’s. The first film I remember going to see was The Empire Strikes Back and I too went on holiday to Millport in the mid to late 70’s…which in reality was within day trip distance of home but I can’t blame my parents with having three kids under ten to deal with.
