As far as i know "half space" is where he stands in the beginning of the sequence. What you are referring to are the "channels". He is making runs into channels from the half space.

halfspace is a vertical portion of the pitch including the channels youre talking about

이 움직임은 장점이 하나 더 있습니다. Curved run 과정에서 공 가진 아군을 막는 상대 수비수의 등 뒤로 이동하죠. 상대 수비수의 지역방어 범위에 들어가고 2:1 상황이 나옵니다.

좋은 영상감사합니다! 궁금한게 벤투 감독은 풀백으로 측면 폭을 가져가지만 하프스페이스 공략을 팀단위로 가져가는 모습이 거의 드물었는데 단순히 측면자원이 넓게 벌린다고 하여 하프스페이스에서 유의미한 컷백을 내줄 수 있는 것은 아닌 것 같습니다. 영상의 과르디올라나 나겔스만이 어떤 방식을 통해 하프스페이스에 진입하는 동선과 유리한 템포를 만들어내는지도 제작해주신 걸 봐보고 싶습니다!

시티 선수들은 다들 곡선으로 움직이네요 펩의 가르침인지 실바의 튜터링인지 ㅎㅎ
