More importantly, it's clear that some clubs have been…creative…with their accounts in order to bring their owners' financial muscle to bear. On a separate note, Manchester City just posted the highest annual earnings in football history, dwarfing Real Madrid, Barcelona, Manchester United. Very impressive, I am sure you will agree! I'm a Liverpool fan and I've had my fair share of complaints about FSG. We all make mistakes and man, have they made some big ones. BUT, if we look at what they've done for the club then you can't deny them as successful owners. We have won every trophy on offer with Klopp as manager and with FSG backing him. I wish we could have the resources that City & Newcastle have but I don't know how I'd feel about that. Jurgen Klopp is the most important thing to happen to our club and I'd be absolutely distraught if he walked away. I'm glad FSG are looking at the moral compass of any potential buyers & I really hope whoever comes in to replace them as owners is supportive of the club, the fans and everyone connected to the club.

Before selling the club ask questions. I don't want want American owners at Liverpool unless they put the success on the pitch 1st and the club is run well . Any potential owners need to answer these questions before they get the club. Are you going to put the club's success on the pitch 1st? What I mean by this is backing the managers with funds every transfer window. Not leaving them high and dry. Are you going to ensure the club is run well? Making sure that the running of the club from top to bottom is of the high standards possible. from recruitment to managers to staff whether that is medical or training staff is of the highest standards possible. Also ensuring that nothing dodgy is going on behind the senses. And ensure that fans voices are heard. If the answer to those questions is yes then accept the offer. If answer to those questions is no then reject the offer and keep searching for owners who do meet these requirements. Don't just sell to the first owner that comes along without asking these questions.

Liverpool won every major trophy available under their stewardship. but football is changing and like it or not, money talks. FSG are without doubt the most business savvy owners in the league imo. bought the club for £300M only really spent when they sold, won everything and now sit with an asset worth £4B. they know the writing is on the wall for them, unless they dig deep into their pockets, which they wont do. As the famous Beatles song goes 'Klopp is all we need, all we need is Klopp...'
Please don’t allow the Ricketts any where near that franchise, they are toxic.
USA hmmm
Anybody but Americans
Like he knows he knows nothing
Just hope we dont get more Americans taking over. And the World ain't ready for if Liverpool become a team with money. Weve already been dominating with Klopp over years and if he gets money to buy players no one will be able stop Liverpool. They think pep is a good manager but he's always been at teand with money and world class players in the team. Klopp hasnt he's had shortage of money with 1 or 2 world class players and rest good and average hes always done brilliant pep ain't got nothing on Klopp.
No Ambani. Ambani has no interest or love for football especially for English football, they are just business minded, buy to sell at a better price, don’t expect them to spend and invest for trophies as the Arabs do for Man City or PSG, Ambani would be worst than FSG. Please No Indians as investors or owners. Let Ambani invest in Indian cricket team or Indian football team.

@Pradyumn Shenoy I know about Mukesh Ambani and this guy is very tight, he won’t spend much money on transfers or infrastructures. He would only be there to make profits off of LFC. Mukesh Ambani has terrible human rights as do India. He is close friends with corrupt PM Modi who is a right winger committing atrocities on minorities in India who are non Hindus, go and research it for yourself, many international journalist have reported on this.
