I just lost one of my best friends to suicide on Christmas.. I think we always will wonder if we could have done something more. I cry every time I think about him thinking life was so bad but he just didn't want to live anymore. I wish he would have just called me... praying somehow he makes it to heaven so I can talk to him someday again. love you Ryan

The harsh reality is probally no somebody that is depressed/suicidal can only get out of it by him self. they icolate them selves from the outer world. Dont worry maybe u will meet him in another life.

I know this may sound hard to wrap your mind around, but I know that with the horrific tragedies we face in life, that you must continue and remember who your loved ones are and still continue the journey of life and find people who love you. Never give up, let go of the brokenness, it’s not wrong to let go of the pain. You have to accept that bad things happen in life, but you can move on, and still value the memory of your passed family.

Man Goggins is a real one. You can tell he was close to shedding a tear and I can’t blame him, I was too 💔

Few things can move or make me cry this struck something and I started crying a bit

Bullying is one of the most ugly thing a person can do to someone, why can't we just respect each other

This is what I call a strong man, I see to many people advocating to cut out toxic people or people that ‘keep you back’ sure in some instances, but if you go deeper and peel of the layers then you find that underneath a lot of toxic or jealous behaviour there is a cry for help. Try to be string enough to even help people, some are bitter, but if you see through shit you can really change lives.

Just like there will always be tyranny, crimes, it's natural things that are regulating the cycle of life As for the bullying, it is a test from God, to see whom of His servants will be strong enough to defy the odds and use it as a fuel to grind and do better in life, and whom will listen to the whispers of the Devil, the whispers that say to you to give up and that you are worthless. It is the best explanation i found at this day, being myself a buIIied mf at school, with bullies literally putting their feet on my head to humiliate me, it is all a fuel for the grind and i'm now grateful for it. No need to be a crybaby its a clear and logical topic.

The thing people don't realise is we're all kids. No matter how old you get, you can be an elder of the community. But there is always a child within you. At some point we get abandoned and thrown into the deep end. We need to show eachother some compassion. 😭💔 I almost lost my son to suicide...and it's so heart wrenching. He was 11 and hung himself...God saved him. Now he's 21 and independent, strong minded....but that incident changed the way I look at everything. Life is so precious and fragile... Keep speaking David Goggins....much respect to you.

People who suicide are not weak. They are people who have been strong for too long battling their unbearable emotions caused by emotional trauma.

It’s not black and white. Sometimes it’s not about strength or weakness. When you feel so much pain and feel so worthless and you honestly can’t see any point in living - that’s not about strength or weakness. It’s heartache and hopelessness.

One of my greatest fears is getting a message saying that someone needs me (and I ignore it or didn't notice it) then when I call them up later I would hear news of their suicide. Studying to become a Psychologist and wishing to be able to work in a correctional facility in the future. This clip just made me want to try better now.

Just letting you know bro suicide is not the easy way lmfao. Some people literally have to blow their head off, set themselves on fire, overdose, jump off a building, hang themselves etc before you even reach the point of death. Death is never easy anyway and especially since this is a kid we’re talking about, he never got to expernice adult hood and that’s truly horrific.

This is why I promote my kid, Build them up. You must invest in your seed!

I am learning from this clip and with healing/training/getting my shit together that those of us who walk through those fires because we find comfort from being pushed into them so often shouldn't resent people who can't move forward. Usually when ppl reach his peak of mentality and just the type of person he is someone who was a nobody who made something of himself they lose empathy and understanding to others in similar situations. For him to acknowledge that not everybody can be him and still have empathy is such a big thing. We need more ppl like David goggins someone who doesn’t just forget that that they were once this broken individual just as scared and lost as anyone so its tragic that he didn’t make it so save the kids life but if we had more ppl like him we might be able grow and be stronger together
