What I would not give to just be allowed to sit on the sofa and listen with a beer. Talk about the treat of a lifetime. Seems like magic in that houseboat, each album just gets better and better.

Priceless to see how such a master piece was created… That is one of my favourite songs from On an Island, the piano, the soft voice, the warm sound of that guitar solo… Just something that you cannot really express but you can feel in your heart. ❤

Loving that les paul with the bixby. Everything sounds like the division bell to me. I like his two solo albums from the 70s and early 80, . There’s no way out of here, when your in your In for good, and the playful “cruise” mihalis, all lovers are deranged…. Great artists, gentlemen and rock ambassador. Like most, his greatest work occurred before 35 or so, it it’s fun to watch the creative process.

It makes me very sad, though, for some reason. Hearing the sound of the fingers sliding on the strings makes me cry...because it sounds very sorrowful with that tonal sustain. It is very vocal. Are you people feeling my sadness? Where are my people?

@@Redguard677 So if Roger himself recently admitted that he love David's music and solo's on their collaboration in the band, then where was David focused? On lyrics? Or organise the live gigs? They all participated. Lets not forger Rick. PF is not Roger. It's all four of them. Take one guy out of the equation and it will not sound 100% PF. But the most noticeable instrument of PF is David's guitar and then Rick's Keyboards. Just listen to Roger's solo career live concerts. No Gilmour then no PF sound.
