Same Just hearing anything from the soundtrack brings me.back to a.more innocent time. Before I really went.down to.the darkness. I got.out but lost so.many on the way ❤😢

Me too !! I had the graphic novel of the vampire Lestat! I love thirst books and this movie was awsome but not really the queen of the damned. It’s a mashup btw the vampire lestat and the queen of the fanned Akasha. I loved the sound and the movie tho. I thought Aliyah was amazing pick for akasha! Too bad diddy had he murdered

A book is always better than the movie! Because you can use your own imagination. The movie is a masterwork in its own way in my eyes.

"Disturbed" is an American heavy metal band from Chicago, formed in 1994. The band includes guitarist "Dan Donegan", drummer "Mike Wengren", lead vocalist "David Draiman" and bassist "John Moyer". "Donegan" and "Wengren" have been involved in the band since its inception, with "Draiman" replacing original lead vocalist Erich Awalt in 1996 and Moyer replacing original bassist Steve "Fuzz" Kmak in 2004. "David Draiman" recorded vocals for a song titled "Forsaken", a song written and produced by "Jonathan Davis" of the band "Korn", released on "Queen of the Damned".

So this is a thing involving contract rights and stuff. Korn's lead singer did the OG song. This is a re-recording with Disturbed's singer doing the song because they were not allowed to feature Korn's OG voice on the soundtrack release. He has since done covers of the songs in a mostly acoustic setting; but the original songs with his voice have to be stripped from the movie itself as far as i know.

david is the real singer of disturbed. jonathan davis is the singer of korn and wrote all the sogns of the queen of the damned album. in the movie he uses his own versions but on the soundtrack cd form he used different artists.
