David Bowie on Big Breakfast 1999

Video cut from DBN: www.davidbowienews.com/2018/0... The beloved Big Breakfast interview.
My favorite part is the migration of David's nametag.

At the time of this footage, David was 52 years old. He was self-effacing and good-humored. We won't see his likes again.

Always feel a bit negative about Bowie's 90's. He was somewhat lost, adapting to the trends rather than creating them, eager to reconnect with youth so making the mistake of appearing in dross like this. So glad the world got over the 90's 'yoof' hangover and remembered what a cultural icon and legendary mind he really was. No appearances on zany morning shows for Ziggy in the 2000's, thank God.
