Just watched an interview of him on the Dick Cavett show. It's amazing how when we age our mannerisms become more refine and precise. We become better versions of ourselves. I think we all need to do interviews at 20 and then at 50 using the same questions. It would be interesting to see how our mannerisms would evolve.

Great to visit on his 75th. Did smoking contribute to an early death? Perhaps, but it wouldn't matter after having such a successful life ultimately. His creativity as a life force continues to inspire me.

Mark Voleman & Howard Kaylen who went on to perform with Frank Zappa. Bowie was always very intelligent & interesting. So blessed to have seen him on his reality tour it was phenomenal.

Hi Ronan, the interviewer for the part between 11.58 and 14.00 was Mavis Nicholson, for her Thames Television programme, Afternoon Plus in 1979. Much of the other clips are from the Michael Apted DVD documentary, Inspirations.

David Bowies philosohic views over his life. Some I agree with and others not. In his first interview he said he believed in an energy source. Also he loved life. He never seemed to acknowledge God.

Perhaps he didn't name his higher power as "God" to choose not to put himself in a religious box to later be scrutinized, judged or misquoted by the press.....Or perhaps it's no one's business in who or what he chooses to believe in.....which it's not anyone's concern.
