It looks more like armor for protection from the strings. Like an archer.

A well-chosen tune, and a great arrangement. Of course, my western ears are enjoying the sound of an instrument that's novel to me, but there's a lot of nuance and subtlety to the performance. Luna's a fine musician.

Stevie Ray Vaughan played lead guitar on this song, and on that album before he was super famous. This was one of the things that got him there; David Bowie's lead guitar on this album. Also Nile Rodgers is the Rhythm guitar on this song.

@@CCopperpot Luna is very good. She's in a new band, and I can't wait to hear that music. Luna followed the voice and lead guitar with this instrument, even made the Chinese Bells at the front of the song. I think Iggy Pop wrote this song a few years before David Bowie did it. I always like it when Mrs. Lee uses distortion on that hollow-bodied instrument, it works so well.
