Dear Norm, thank you for connecting Guitars and Music via such nice people like David. We need it more! =)
I would love to learn jazz from David. He has the best demeanor and approach to teaching. Glad you’re doing better, Norm. I would love to visit your store sometime.
Just lovely. How can you not love jazzy blues... or bluesy jazz? Just terrific to hear David Becker here at Norm's - I hope he makes many return engagements.

"the guy put a shot of clear over it" - you mean the guy who ordered it from the factory or some guy later?
Good thing Norm finally shut up ....great playing and player
David is great at what he does but jazz is not a style or sounds that my brain can take i also heard that david cant stop playing jazz even when he says im gonna do a blues piece

No man, that wasn’t jazz at all it was just straight blues. 😆 Just like when you tell your wife you’re going to fix yourself a glass of Diet Coke, but you end up pouring a glass of Jack Daniel’s with a little splash of Diet Coke in it. “Oh, I’m just over here enjoying this Diet Coke, babe.” 🤥
The band starts on the same note and ends on the same note ... Whatever happens in between .... that's Jazz
Oh, I thought they said Jason Becker. I guess this guy is good too.
Dig.
Norman, I like your comment on Jazz, playing the wrong notes. Funny.
THE BEAT GUITAR PLAYER IN JAZZ AND EVERYTHING WAS THIS GUITAR TEACH IN PORT JEFFERSON LONG ISLAND HE THIS VINTAGE GRETSCH GUITAR MUST HAVE BEEN 1957 OR MAYBE OLDER HIS NAME WAS PHIL NELSON HE WAS GREAT HE SANG ALSO
For only $15,900 I'll take two. If you've got em.
Am I the only one who's mostly floored that he's playing everything in F? Who does that on guitar? F, Bb, and Eb are keys we only use if you're tuned down. First fret scales and chords? OUCH!

Jazz guitar players play in horn-friendly keys, because they often work with horn players. It becomes as easy to do as playing in E, A, D, or G, which can become grating on the ear if overused.

Those keys are commonly used when playing with horn players
Ask any authentic jazz musician what is jazz? They'll say they don't know its just a term

very expensive price for a gibson guitar... kalau di rupiah kan Rp 235 juta cuk..
Maybe that's why they call it theory instead of music facts
Did he buy that $16K guitar.., probably not.., also who can’t play that with a looper pedal through a 64 custom shop deluxe reverb
Such a BIG guitar but such a small sound/tone ... ?
$16,000. A bargain.
The problem with modern music... They don't know the blues.

South Texas News Governor Greg Abbott has tested positive for COVID and he says he feels fine and refuses to make it mandatory to wear masks in the state of Texas but at the same time he is begging for emergency medical services from other states to come to Texas and help because COVID so bad here ?
that guitar is way too big.
Nope.
