IOTL is my most fave K-drama of all time. I just loved how they dealt with the stigma against people with mental illness...and the characters are so gorgeous, and so raw with faults and all. AND THE SOUNDTRACK IS BRILLIANT.

Yes, this is so so true. And of course, the actors are just so incredibly talented. The scene where she tells him not to call out for her as she leaves the room in the hospital is literally one of the saddest things I've ever seen in my whole life. Jo In Sung is a freaking legend.
