Both great coaches DVH is proven Tony is trying to prove his self and is on the way up. Just look at what he has done with the vols in a short time. Anyway they respect each other you can tell that and I’m sure they have talked since this so I wouldn’t make a hill of beans about this at all. WPS

Vitello has two years and is still basically a rookie at being a head coach. Van Horn is a great coach, Vitello is likely to be great but I can't call ANY coach great after two years of work on his resume'.

Perry I get where you are coming from I wasn’t so much saying great as in head coach for Vitello he was a great coach as in hitting coach when he was here and a great recruiter his time will come I believe but putting DVH and Vitello in the same category for head coaching Nah absolutely not your right

100% correct. Until Tony V learns to have class and then hold his players accountable they will not win a NC. Last season 2 and done in Omaha and didn’t make it this season.

@@DylanJones-y3o I have the same problem as all other SEC fans have with Tennessee baseball. Tennessee was a lot more respectable this year, but the past couple of years were obnoxious. Vanderbilt has won way more championships, but they do it with class, not middle fingers to the opponents, or throwing bats at them when losing. Winning is not the reason people cheer against Tennessee baseball. We'd say "Act like you've been there before", but Tennessee hasn't; they are new to winning. If you weren't a fair weather fan, and have been watching baseball before 2019, you would understand why it's laughable to say Tennessee owns LSU in any male sport besides basketball. UT has a lot of catching up to do if they even want to have the most Natties in just the state of Tennessee.
