I have a level 8 El Nino he is insane even from level 1, dude is literally like a F1 car and you can just stand and refill wasabi and cocktails when you get that its after the story is done. I used the TV ad method to get him and i really really recommend him. I love your videos i have learned alot even after i finished the story and 70 hours of playtime.

I really appreciate you putting this video together! I had no idea there was an existing mechanic to get the oils, vinegar, and salt, etc. other than diving. I foolishly suggested adding such a feature to the devs the other day, not knowing it was already part of the game!

I believe the dispatch performance is a combination of the staff's level/quality and their procure amount.

It is the procure skill, I levelled Davina and Masayoshi (that on top of that have the Dispatch Master skill) JUST to dispatch and every 3 levels they gained 1 ingredient on average. Accordingly, going from level 7 to 10 went from 4-5 to 5-6 of the seasoning ingredient. However, I do not know what is the exact procure to Seasoning value, because they seem to have different minimums and maximums. So far Appeal only seems to increase manager appeal to me.

LOL I was always worried that selecting "dispatch" would fire them xD thank you for explaining!!

I thought the same thing but my procure on Jandi is higher than Kyoko and Jandi still can only get 1-5 items while Kyoko gets 3-4. They are both the same level too. I made sure

Great videos. I just stumbled upon Dispatch and started using. I thought/think that Procure is the stat that affects how much you can get.

Will serving dishes that have more happiness raise your rating faster? Because i notice a lot of the small fish sushi have massive happiness values when upgraded but little profit.

So there are pre-reqs for each rating you will need to reach to rank up, so I don't know if I would say "faster", but it very well could since it builds popularity on Cooksta

If there's 14 different staff you can choose from, do they come in different tiers? So if you get Pai with a flyer ad, will it be the same Pai you would get with an internet ad? Can you only get certain staff members in certain tiers? I ask this, because I'm not sure I want to waste training a staff member if their skills are capped prematurely due to them being a lower tier. Should we wait until we hire staff at the diamond tier before training them up to level 20? Also, I appreciate your guides and would love if you could do a guide on fishing. More specifically, how to catch fish with the highest quality (3 star rating.) There were some tooltips in the game that said something about hurting the fish first and then once it starts bleeding, you can capture it with a net gun or something like that and you could still get the highest quality, but it wasn't too clear on that.

So, for this question regarding the staff, I am still exploring the tiers and how they come for each tier, which is why I didn't include a lot in this guide - just a baseline. I will have to do a bit more research on the staff as I mentioned prior to doing the in-depth guide - So to answer your direct question right now, I am not sure. As for a fishing guide, YES! That is in the works as i discover more fish :D

This was a great guide I completely missed that Dispatching was even a thing I love this game so much but I do feel it really doesn't explain some of the minutia plus im stuck on gold rating due to seemingly the best taste not going up despite my enhancing dishes and using rare ingredients great guide tho ^^

Gold is hard to get through! I’m still figuring out the ratings too. They are a bit confusing. But I’ll have a guide on them coming soon. Same with catching 3 star fish

Does the staff in the waiting room cause operation costs? Because I hired a lot of employees and it gave me high operation costs.

To my knowledge it's Procure that lets people pick up more stuff.

Why I cant dispatch my emplyers ? I have 4 level 3 employers but I cant dispatch them. When I select dispatch and select an ingredient it show me a menu where is written "no employee in this emplacement" and I cant choose any there. Is it a bug ?

there is employee dispatch table on steam guide called Dave the Diver Reference Guide. I would assume procure relates to dispatch too but there maybe more variables to it, I think at least level count on that. Dispatch master supposedly make your minimum amount you get to be higher so instead 1-3 it become 2-3.

The issue is there are so many variables it’s hard to track for certain which is why I make sure not to give any definitive answers on whether or not it’s procure etc.

@@venxm243 Indeed. I think it is more viable to make a table or suggestion of best dispatchers on early (lvl 5), mid (lvl 10) and late game (lvl 20). I honestly just recruit most of the crews and left them on lvl 1 since lvl 20 staff cost 300coins per person per day.

Perhaps the amount of ingredients a staff member can procure is based on their procure stat.

So THAT'S what the Procure stat was for!

2-5 ingredients or 3-4 ... it equals over tiime so it doesnt really matter.

So you can see that if you open the dispatch tab - it will depend on a few variables so I can't give you exact numbers. You would need to check him on your game to see if his level affects it, your tier etc. Since this information has yet to be discovered :D

There is very little known about Dispatch right now since its hard to test every possible variable quickly. But I am working on it for a more in-depth staff guide.

there are 2 character got dispatch master skill, 4-5 per dispatch. Masayoshi has 3-4 per run

@@tungdinh1126 where do you see the amount per dispatch? Also. Some characters can gather more based on their level, so it won’t be the same amount for every person depending on their level.

How to train staff... gave reasons why -did not show how to train them which as a new player, is the reason I clicked. So watched second video which was mostly fastforwarded game play. Editing to show the promoted content in action rather than pressing fastforward would be appreciated.
