That advise (breathing in first by the nose and then the mouth) blew my mind!

Totally Raw lol he is so fucked up now physcicaly but mentally. You're right
He knows his shit. All these online KZread so called coaches can't compete with him. Decades of experience.
Dave Tate is the reason my breathing and bracing is the way it is. The nose first then taking a little more in from the mouth is the best, most efficient technique.
man, that nose tip is a gem. Who would have known such a simple cue can be so effective.
That nose/mouth thing is gold.
I truly get excited every time I check and see there's a new video from you. Thanks for the tips!!
I find that sitting down and bad posture most of the day really fucks up proper breathing patterns. I use the diaphragmatic breathing drill with only nose breathing that I learned from Chad Wesley Smith as part of my warmup before any squat/deadlift day. Always improves my bracing ability.
need more how to and correction vids like this please!!!!
Damn informative. Never stop learning. Thank you Sir.
Thanks for the expert tip and reasoning behind it!
The advice on breathing very very helpful Thank you!

Straight to the point. I like it
This is awesome thank you coach
Great info
This is great advice for 1 rep performance, but how do I apply this to hypertrophy training without being winded before my legs are sore? Thank you so much!

I would love to just be able to spend a week up there. I have never heard the nose tip before. MIND BLOWN!
Fawk all that other sh%t! Dave Tate , thanks for that golden nugget of advice!
Why does your monolift say safety straps aren't recommended? Our monos we have to use the safety straps, same ones as that one too.
