how I wish dave reacted to muse chronologically.. that way he could have seen them evolve from a club band to a stadium band

only Muse can sound so uniquely Muse. Never a truer word said.

Apparently they couldn't think of a name for this song so took the words in the dictionary before and after muse which happened to be muscle museum :-)

I’ve never seen this live performance. Great to see them at such a young age showing that rage and tenacity. They really just got better and better those first ten or so years. Dave is right, nobody else like them. Great reaction as usual 🙏🙏

I love this performance, they would've been 20/21 here which is crazy young for how good they sound. I'm about a year away from that and I couldn't even imagine! Have a merry Christmas you guys!

Really humbling to realize that in this performance, none of them were even old enough to drink in the U.S. yet.

Dave muse have many albums but you really cannot go wrong getting n listening to the first album called showbiz, I've loved all your reactions to muse they really are all talented an unique, and from a small town not 20 mines from me in sw England. Ive had the pleasure of seeing them twice live.

I fall in love with them each and every time. It's so beautiful to hear and behold.

Thanks, Dave. Another great reaction! They were very young, indeed, but they were a great band from the beginning. And, you're right, they do have a totally unique sound. its so strange how much my personality/musical taste has changed over time. I wouldve HATED this noise back when i was hearing Madness on the radio... but now ive listened to their first 2 albums for many years on repeat while long distance running & somehow i now prefer their earliest music in many ways. lots of raw emotion without any holding back and not considering how to make top hits for the radio (maybe its more how music has evolved since then too, getting too squeaky clean for its own good. i mean, if the point of music is to connect with emotions and feel something...) Getting lost in the raw, deep, dark unwavering hysterical emotion while running changed me im sure. its simply not music for sitting still.
