He sounds like such an intelligent person/coach. There are no filler words, and he sounds as if he thinks about his words carefully before he speaks them. And while I’m not a person of faith, I love how he wears and is shaped by his. I can’t wait to see what he does with my favorite team.

Great interview. He loves the Lord so I'm sold.
I LOOOOOOVE the over-all game philosophies, and maybe even more so, that Dave and coach Bowles see it the same way. It's like parenting... If two parents aren't "on the same page" (have the same philosophies regarding, priorities, discipline, etc.), the kids will be mixed up, and things will fall apart. I CAN'T WAIT for this season to begin!
It’s important that you like to call plays that are fun, and get the offense excited. You want everyone to be fully invested He did wonders with Geno Smith, the key here is to try and emulate that formula with whoever we decide to start. We need to run the football well and have a QB who doesn’t turn the ball over. Our defense is good enough to keep us competitive vs any team in the league. The offense needs to be efficient

It seems like the team has a LOT of people of faith. Being people of faith means that their priorities include: Unselfishness, and good work ethic. IMO, two things essential to good teamwork. Good teamwork = a good team. It also equals a team that's easy to root for. GO BUCS!!!
