Dave Brubeck - Blue Rondo à la Turk (Synthesia Piano Tutorial with hands)
Музыка
The intro (and a little bit of solo) to one of Brubeck's most famous tunes! There were a few mistakes I had to edit out afterwards, most noticeably in the stride part, nothing too bad though.

As a poor/mediocre guitarist, I cannot even fathom how one begins to learn this, let alone write it

intermidiate piano player here, can play 1/4 of the song at full tempo when sight reading but can play the whole thing at a pretty slow pace, you’ll get here eventually!

@@ICantPayThe_IRS same it takes time but with practice I can see a high-intermediate piano player Learn it in 1 month or less the whole thing (I’m a intermediate player got to 1:20ish minute mark but I’ve been off and on on this song so normally it would’ve taken me like 1.5 months to learn but instead it’s been like 4)

@@georgethemonkeydrummer5598 yeah i already finished the song about 3 weeks ago. wasn’t too bad, but now onto someday my prince will come now!
this really brings home the absolute musical genius of Dave Brubeck
This is really good! For me I especially liked how clean the transition from 9/8 to 4/4 was
Seeing it played and on laid out like this, makes it look so much more doable, thank you so much… I’m inspired to learn iit
with a super mario sound effect, Brubeck already had a video game composition style I think ! I respect because I like this song !

WTF is this. Simply GOD level of playing
This honestly needs so many more likes and views than it does now!
Loved this. Slowed down the song to the slowest KZread would allow me to and learned all of the bass lines/rhythm with the left, then the right hand. Great video. Thanks!
I was in the 10th grade (1961) acting like a heavy beatnick when I heard this song and Take five by Mistro Brubeck. Thanks for th gr8 memories.
2:27 It's 3AM, but that shit was so smooth I just had to scream in excitement.
I can't thank you enough, your a god

Grandi riletture entrambe !!!!
Man you did it damn well nice job

Superb!
Brilliant. . .thank you!
Good job!
At first I was like: Yeah this seems good, I think I can play this. Then, "Nope, this is starting to get realy difficult.. My hand coordination would die doing this." And at last "What hands?"
Wow, sounds moderated but profound. Brubeck will be proud of this. (sorry for bad English)

I've been learning this tune from this video. Thank you, very helpful. Did anyone else notice the fingers and the performance don't match? 😜 It's close but definitely different....
Where the frick is the rest of the song?
Can you please do Vivaldi Winter 1st movement? I really love that piece.

Universal wanderer's music Learning pieces just takes too long for me to do requests, sorry. At the moment I'm just trying to polish all the pieces I already know so they're on video.
;-; me reading the transcripts from page 3 onwards and losing my marbles seeing how it’s actually played (I’ve practiced 2 weeks and just only learned up to the 1 minute and a half mark but anything after that is genuinely making me question how long until I manage to play the rest)
I marched this piece in marching band
It's good rendition 👍 I uploaded this tune recently too Thanks for sharing your video ~~

The video stops shortly after the fadeout. I wasn't focusing on the solo itself, more on the theme.
this is my favorite song from recents episodes of simpsons. S30E11 S30E19
This Reminds Me Of A Videogame Track I've Heard Somewhere 🚶🏾
I've been practicing this, I've got it about half way down, but now the video I was using is gone, and all the versions are like this, everything is shifted one not higher and it's so stressful

Transcription bud but a hint is 9/8 (2+2+2+3/8) and A to F with an F sustained chromatic baseline for the first two bars.

This guy did a better job by actually playing and not just programming it, but If you want the solo, just visit that one. And again, there are a few moments where it doesn't follow it completely, but I'm sure you could sort those out by ear. And for sheet music go to: kzread.info/dash/bejne/m52flJewoazbdtI.html
