I met him a couple years back at a con. His handlers were trying to mush him out for photo ops and he told them all to wait so he could talk to everyone who waiting in line for him. And he made sure each person got a good amount of time to talk to him. Just an all around good dude.

Agreed. It’s as if social media Batista and in-person Batista are 2 separate individuals. The former is outspoken, while the latter is soft-spoken.

Dave is a humble and gentle man. Most big guys are. When your strong and you know how to take care of yourself , this is how a MAN is supposed to carry himself. Straight up good guy .

I'm really glad that I'm not the only one to notice his skill in acting, his acting skills caught me off guard. Besides the action, he really can play the serious and dramatic roles . Good job, wish him the best.

I hope that he can change his type of repeated roles in the new black Adam movie and we could see from him a great performance as a supervillain because black Adam is one of the hardest characters to adapt into live action and it needs a talented actor like luke evans or Zachary quinto who could adapt the villain type role.

Guardians Vol 3 is his and James Gunn last thats what i can tell in James Gunn message on his Twitter feed . He talking about Dave being the only guy who could play Drax. Marvel Studios will have too go younger at some point with their actors like who ever they pick too play the next Wolverine 🤔 Plus it will be a new roster of Guardians anyway just like it will be a new roster of Avengers Fiege loves putting a twist on the current and past Marvel stories . The Guardians roster is getting bigger like the Avengers with a lot of members. Currently Wanda's son is a member . Wiccan i think is a guardian now . I gotta read it i just brought it 😂

Dave is such a nice humble guy. He's not afraid to tell about his sad past life. Unlike some actors would not want to let anybody know about their shame. I like this guy as he starts to do more movies. He's like the next Rock. Hope he continues acting for a long time. Loved Army of the Dead. Great Movie!

Others might not like it for other reasons; the actors, the gore, the story, etc. To get everybody to agree and get 100% is hard. You can't please everybody. Just appreciate that it was entertaining.

he wasnt always that humble. in his wwe days he got in problem backstage because of his attitude and arrogance. he fought with another pro wrestler named booker t in a locked room and booker t got the better of him. and booker t was shorter and had less muscle compared to batista.

Dave was a great wrestler he really should have had a longer run. But again as he stated and is VERY common in this business. When you start late you finish early. It's just that taxing on your body and the longevity runs real thin at that point.
