You should be able to see something very new this year in the Philippines. It has to be in a nation with no advantage to fossil fuel companies because anything like this in nations with oil in their ground has very powerful people who can force laws forbidding it. The Philippines has no oil, so they only have gains and no losses if fossil fuels die. ‘Only in the Philippines!’ is what my brothers here say! We will begin construction of a system that uses compressed air to generate electricity. This is because this energy can be stored over long periods of time with almost zero losses. So if you use a wind turbine to compress air, the energy it captures as compressed air will wait until it is needed. Now your wind turbine used as a compressor instead of an electrical generator has now become a base load energy storage device. Now, the more wind turbines you build the more energy you can store for future use. That’s exactly what base load means! The other part quite different then you have seen is the portion that changes that compressed air into electricity. Blowing air into blades to turn generators is just a terribly bad way to use compressed air. We insert compressed air into the bottom of a column of water, and use a submerged conveyor to capture the air, then we hook that conveyor to a generator. When that air finally reaches the water surface most of its compression is ambient and the majority of the energy in the compressed air is put into the generator. If electric demand increases we simply add more air into the conveyor cups. Very efficient, very inexpensive to build, and very controllable. Research the *HYPEG* with my name Tim Gard for a better explanation. But here’s the *best * part … The device will be owned by the local government, who by law can not make a profit, so the community will have 24 hour access to an energy that introduces no carbon into the environment, and costs less then 10% of what common electricity costs today. And zero grid failures ever because there is no grid! Everything is local always! Now imagine the impact of all that money that used to leave the country last year being spent in that local town! That’s $80,000 US dollars *every month forever* in that town! And a local government with access to new money to improve the town for her residents! Watch us when we surface!
