FINALLY! I can root for the Silver and Black again. In all my 72 years, I have never hated a coach more than Josh. Traded Darren Waller. Cut Derek Carr. Treated Josh Jacobs like crap. Left Hunter Renfrow on the shelf for most of the past two years. Play selection was nothing short of baffling this year.

Josh McDaniels, and Dave Ziegler, deliberately and willfully destroyed everything. I love about the Raiders. Both of these scumbags turned the Las Vegas Raiders into the West Coast Patriots. I agree with you 100%. I’ve been a fan for over 40 years and it was getting to the point where I was losing my fandom for a team because of one man, he was that bad. The playcalling was bad last year too. How many times did you see where he would call plays on a 3rd and short where receivers were 20 yards downfield? No screens or even using the running backs in the passing game other than a dump off? Could go on and on, I don’t have to tell anyone. Just delighted it’s over.

I saw the press conference and was impressed. Antonio said he's Straight outa Compton and was born a Raider fan. That's a better sign than having McDumbass who wanted to bring the NE Patriot way to replace the Raider way. I just hope they'll use Renfrow more.

He is the ONLY Coach willing to put in the hours he put in. He was always FIRST in the building and the last to leave! Watching him turn the Raiders around in 1998, 1999 and seeing what he'd built for the 2000 and 2001 seasons, hell the 2002 team was HIS as well! How any fan can not want him at the helm baffles me. Re watch the 2021 season opener and tell me that wasn't the bully of a team he'd promised us! If not for sabotage by the woke mob we could have had a dynasty in the making. If Gruden had flamed out I'd understand but he's OWED his shot at running this team and he didn't get it! Or we can pay him 40 million to not coach us and watch him go elsewhere and win. Bill Cowher is one of the greatest leaders of men to ever walk a sideline! And don't use age either! Dan Reeves, Andy Reid, Belichek, Joe Gibbs and Dick Vermeil won a lot of games at an older age than Cowher is right now. I honestly feel that benching DC and letting him go for nothing had something to do with Zeigler and McDaniels firing. They said Jimmy G gave them a better chance to win a ship, come to find out they were worse on offense with Jimmy G than with Carr. MDavis finally realized liked we all could see that DC wasn't the problem. It was the egotistical coach. I'm so glad that clown is gone. The energy in the building just took a major turn for the better. This was absolutely the best decision, and Davis had to pull the trigger NOW. That opening interview was day and night compared to McDaniels. To see someone that actually seems to have some passion felt so different than McDaniels introduction interview. You almost felt like you could breathe again cause his words were so refreshing.

I woke up to this news on my phone. Its honestly the best news I've ever woken up to.

Bringing Gruden back would be a mistake. They wasted too many high draft picks. With all of those 11:37 picks that didn't pan out, the Raiders should have been able to have built a really solid, talented team. His offense is outdated. What the Raiders have really lacked for the last 30 or 40 yrs or so, is someone like Ron Wolf who can scout and evaluate talent. AP sounds like someone who can lead and motivate MEN. Here we go starting over AGAIN, Raider fans, especially those of us from Frank Youell Field and the 60's,hope that the organization can finally get it right.
