That would be a footage of an injured in combat or Kombat. However it might be a clip for a movie since it's simply not like an actual combat wound. Or it could be real like a splinter or a fast hot moving object that penetrates your body. It won't bleed so much since it burns the entry. It hurts still but less blood.
