Loving all of the Maggotkin games! It’s helping me work out my own list.

Great report as always. Just an idea: it could be interesting to work on the colour scheme of the set. For exemple, the green of Nurgle do not contrast a lot on the green battle mat.

I would love to see a unit of plague monks and plague censers. you get 15 faster models for same cost as Plaguebearers and its just so flavorful.

Love to see an honest game of wahmmer with list far from tryhard mode. Keep up the good work

If it's not the coughing that carries you off, it's the coffin they carry you off in.

Unit that redeploys cannot unleash hell. Redeploy states that if a unit redeploys, then it cannot shoot later in the same turn.

Given his enthusiasm when playing slaanesh and earning depravity points. Is anyone surprised? They are different, but even since old fantasy they have always touched on very similar thematic elements

I know this video is old but is that maggotkin list any good? Wanted to know if it would be a decent list to build towards since it’s literally just two vanguard boxes and the GUO pretty much.

Have you considered bringing in a Great Bray Shaman as an ally? Devolve on an enemy unit is just mean, especially if you can get them in range of The Glottkin or Orghotts!

Hey where did you read that part with Metamorphosis? I read it as not being a problem. The side text even says you benfit from all the MONSTER Abilities. Great Game loved it!

You pick a monster for the battle tactic at the start of the turn which is before you are able to cast the metamorphosis spell later in the turn. Also the unit that is turned into a monster, was not a monster in your starting army.

@@craigsargent2476 Yeah and I don't have to. I pick the UNIT. And also the UNIT is in my starting army. They just gain the MONSTER Keyword. So I don't see the problem here. Where do you read it? Genuinly interested, because we played it so in every tournament I went to that it is possible.

@@christophmaier9840 Page 15 of GHB 2021 says for monstrous takeover "pick 1 MONSTER from your starting army" - Metamorphosis, page 12, requires you to "pick 1 HERO that is not a MONSTER". Start of the hero phase, when you select your battle tactic, comes before being able to cast a spell.

That Great Unclean One looks so sad. It actually surprised me given most Nurgle models look so happy.

@@katarhall3047 the nurgle list is a Lot of the meta I think that Mwg have a Problem to play 2 Balance list.

Great game. Although it's weird to see a Bat-Rep where Skari and Luka aren't switching their armies around constantly, especially when Luka has played both armies. XD I am not terribly fond of Chaos Daemons, so I think it would have been better to bring Beasts of Nurgle like they're pets of the Blightlords. Even though in they are technically Daemons. I also think it feels wrong for Daughters of Khaine who clearly worship Morathi and Chaos to be able to ally Cities of Sigmar. Even if they are Druhkii and their pets. Love Chaos Mortals, do Slaanesh vs Nurgle Next.

Boy, lotta Maggotkin lately. I'm not really complaining, but there have been a lot.

To be fair to MWG, they can't really control what a guest brings in. And if one person is trying something new (to them) it makes since the other guy brings something he knows. Speeds up the game, (hopefully) less mistakes.
