Daughter - Love | The Wild Honey Pie Buzzsession

Daughter joined us in Gowanus, Brooklyn to record “Love” at Degraw Sound. Buzzsessions are performance music videos produced by The Wild Honey Pie. With each new episode, we capture footage of our favorite bands as they record alternate studio quality versions of their songs.
During their latest trip to New York during the music festival CMJ, it seemed Glassnote Records and 4AD artist Daughter captured the attention of our entire city. The London trio, fronted by Elena Tonra, just days after playing the Late Show with David Letterman, stopped by Degraw Sound in Brooklyn for our latest Buzzsession. Daughter has yet to release a full-length album, but you can be sure to expect one in 2013. This episode of Buzzsessions was a collaboration with Shuffler.fm which allows you to find new music by shuffling through popular music blog.

Just replace her with him n its the same for the male version of feeling in the song. Awesome song that captures heartbreak

I feel the same...listening to this track brings me so many memories about someone I still love but its poison to my life. :'(
This song is so melancholic it grabs a piece of my heart that bleakly yearn for more, for carefree nostalgia, for that one who didn't leave me.

legit underrated music. You got to be an emotional genius to create this.
she's beautiful and got a amazing voice. i love this band, the lyrics are perfect, touching and deep.
This song reminds me of 2016. My rough year. This song was exactly what I was going through. I used to ball my eye out to this. 2022 I listen and it doesn’t hurt as bad as it did back then. Crazy how we can overcome certain situations.
