Ai que dó ! Eu não gosto de ver pessoas doentes ... Beba bastante àgua e inclua em suas refeições , alho crú , abacaxi , àgua com suco natural de limão , gengibre e chá de folhas de manga bem picdinhas . Se tiver cúrcuma / açafrão , coloque nas refeições , também consuma tangerina e laranjas , coma sempre as frutas e nunca o faça suco delas , isto o ajudará a se recuperar mais depressa . Melhoras querido , que O SENHOR abençoe vocês ! ❤❤❤❤❤
