Yeah, I completely agree. A lot of things have complicated the dating world. I think teaching young boys and girls different things (such as girls embrace their emotions, while boys are taught to be tough and not cry) is the starting point of it all. You add in modern things like social media, then everybody catching the "men suck, women are nothing" social contagion... You're exactly right - you can't win no matter what you do with this. It's not fun at all.

It’s one of the reasons why I’m focusing on myself at the moment. After graduating high school in 2029, I’ve noticed some of the people I went to school with are either married or have kids at 22-23 which is fine it’s their life but I don’t want that at least not right now. My main focus right now is improving my skills so I can have a stable life and a better future. Dating just isn’t worth it right now and speaking of OF, some of the same girls I had classes with…some of them are doing OF.

I'm gonna bet right now that by the time I graduate high school, there's gonna be some kind of offensive trend where you're gonna be called a Nazi if you just breathe, or you're gonna be called a bitch if you just drink water or sleep.

I think the downfall is mainly in number of options for women. Literally ten of tousands guys spamming them if they live in bigger city, let's say with 1,5 mil. citizens. And because you need to date online, you as a guy need to be competitive in gigantic field. It's not enough anymore to be the most charming in the village, you literally need to compete with 1/4 of a city.

I had finished my schoolwork for my Japanese class so I went to join the other two smart people who happened to be girls who were doing a word search and these two people started saying w rizz to me. Two things i feel about reading this are that i love being myself and cursed i would be if i was like those men with the heart i have. Amd those to feel sorry for women to not being able to see the men before them and appreciate what they bring to makes their life better, and i know i should not feel sorry, but i do anyways, coz at the end of the day we all are damaged, and somewhat codependent of each other.

Yeah, as a woman, that's a whole lotta bs. Unless you only talk to and see those copy-paste girl/Sorority girl types, most of the women I've met are NOT like that AT ALL. This is just for me. No two women want the same thing. He needs to care about his hygiene and appearance without having to be told. He needs to know how to express negative emotions in a healthy and productive way, and communicate with care. He needs to be proactive about his preventative health without having to be told or handheld through it. He needs to be kind to the people around him. (His family, my family, children, service workers, etc.) Looks are superficial and don't last. I'm trying to have a partner for life, to get old and ugly and wrinkly with. It may also be because I would be considered on the asexual spectrum, I get no arousal from physical appearance. So all the requirements you listed don't even come up in my head when looking for a partner. Like being tall is nice and all, but I love me a short king I can smother in my tiddies. I want him to find enough comfort and trust in me as a partner that he chooses to lean on me when his world is crumbling, I don't mind being a solid rock to lean on as he would do for me, it's only fair. I prefer men who are comfortable having a bit of a feminine side because that shows that he doesn't view women as "lesser" or something to be ashamed of emulating even a little bit. If he's ashamed of that, he's ashamed of me. I believe everyone should have a healthy balance of masculine and feminine traits, tailored to what you need specifically. I would be considered a tomboy or a "masculine" woman because I love and trive doing traditionally male things (I love working on cars, for example. My whole family are/were big name drag mechanics, I wanna continue that tradition) but I also like doing feminine things like sewing, knitting, crocheting etc. So, a good balance of both. But that's just me, one in millions of women. If "not all men" applies, "not all women" should as well. Food for thought. Apologies if I come across condescending or rude. My only intention is to bring another perspective to the discussion table.

I think social skills and overall charisma are also very important along with looks, and I feel like a lot of guys neglect that area of their personality and then complain when they get ghosted/friendzoned.
