Don't get me wrong ! I LOVE THE STORIES AND I LOVE THAT YOUR LIVING! What's the end goal though? I'M 40 years old and don't have any kids. You're showing discernment, cool. My buddy found his wife in the DR and brought her and her 2 kids back here to the states. He married her and they recently had a child together. He said that was the smartest decisions he's ever made! He goes back to the DR on a REGULAR. doesn't seem to affect his home life. I'm thinking out loud, shit ain't be gone cool forever and you seem to have had at least 2 good women that was worth the squeeze! I want to have fun too when I get there but there's a timer on that! This was a good question. And I'm sure others probably had the same question. These are the type of conversations that these topics and videos should spark amongst men. That's the purpose of this space on YT. I'm happy to see Ronin has already taken that step and got 1 locked down at the house. There are a lot of good brothers in D.R. who genuinely seek to find a good woman. But like Ronin and the stories, most usually have a "fun" phase where we enjoy the Candy Shop a little while before we settle down. I had fun for probably 3 or 4 solid years and then started trying the quality relationship thing. Didn't pan out the first few tries and I took a break completely for 3+ years. Any females I allowed in the house during that time were long-time friends who were like sisters who I'd never touch. It wasn't easy with all that beauty around ever corner. But that allowed me to get that party and fun phase completely out of my system. Then several years ago when I wasn't even looking for anyone, a good 1 came along and it's been amazing ever since. A lot of dudes are quick to say there are no good women in D.R. But that's far from the truth. I've got a lot of years living in an all-Dominican neighborhood no where near any tourist zones. And I see good, humble and hardworking women everyday. They still exist. I just advise men to take their time, vet the women well, learn the culture and learn Spanish. Those things will open doors for many men.

@@muchit3629 I think you asked a very interesting and peculiar question. Yet I contemplated the similar as I listened to Ronin account as I listened myself. I always try to discern things from in between the lines as do everyone else I’m sure as you lol at life. To me the woman choose and decided to do what was in her best interest and survival interest to cover that base point of view. That is life and i can understand. For her to reject both options and not give herself and her kid the best opportunity would be her loosing out on an option. She took the other option because she was denied the other in ultimatum. And I have a personal philosophy on ultimatums from a women across the board. For me personally I reject every ultimatum even if I can’t phantom what it is. That one is my philosophy. Men very rarely give women ultimatums as it’s either fix your shit or get out kind of thing and her choice. Women on the other have love Ultimatums because they seem incapable of making a significant choice when it comes to it. Regardless from Ronins story you can conclude a woman will entertain the option no matter how small if her man isn’t present or absent, absent for long or unsure if will return at minimum. That is just my take. But that was something I got from that with the woman in the story. It’s tough to ponder as she was in uncertainty because she didn’t know wether her German was doing or going to do. A dilemma. Does she wait and maybe she was doing do, likely in mind. But it’s still a dilemma for her. Assuming she’s even telling the truth about her German guy. Puzzle pieces of answers unknown. Hence again why your question was interesting. So I came to my conclusion in that a woman will look out for her own self interest and if a better option seems likely in what she has going on. We all will have regrets in life. I have, but we must be able to make decisions at the time we made them and stick to it despite looking back in time with regret. You made the best seemingly decision at the time with what you knew at hand. Maybe you though you were being scammed, but maybe it wasn’t and she was sincere. You don’t know for sure. But your intuition says No to her Ultimatum. At that point that was your unequivocal decision and you have to stand firm at such points with what you know or don’t. What she does after that point and your decision is now her choice. Thought process is a crazy but of pondering. But you try and learn in such mental waffling from situations real to you or experienced through the eyes of others. The story from Ronin was Lit 🔥!

Let’s suppose Ton said ok I am taking you to the US and upon arrival she then said buy me a Benz or BMW or else someone will buy it for me It’s a slippery slope that is why the wisest decision is to always (though difficult) to act on principle. I have a similar situation right now. So a Venezuelan girlfriend said sponsor me to come to the US or I will go to Spain because her sister moved there, they don’t need visas. She lives in Venezuela but we have met a couple times in Colombia. I told her no because I am getting ready to leave the US to work on a business venture in Africa where I am from. She was mad but has agreed to come with me to Africa. Now if things don’t work out I will be happy to relocate back to the US with her since I have dual citizenship. No woman or man should rush or force you to make any decision. You should always know you have a choice. Any decision made under ultimatums, duress, threat most times is not the best one. Just my thought process. Again, not judging this girl because she acted in her best interest, however giving someone 3 weeks to decide whether to sponsor you for a visa is ridiculous at best.
