It’s funny how you mention how these type of guys sees dating as a game, because in many videos and podcasts Fed does indeed talks about playing “the game” when the topic is dating or relationships. Good insight Anthony. Btw, I love your videos, keep it up dude.

Well it depends on the intent. Like seeing dating as a "game that both parties are having fun interacting organically" vs "A game where you say and do things to get what you want" are vastly different. This is why some guys act like assholes not realizing that they need confidence in themselves, not just being full of themselves.

This is a small gist of what the story that came out. After Yvonne's statement, I would suggest to react to Lilypichu's video/statement, Moe (One of Fed's closest friend), Angelskimi & Fuslie to know more about the things he had done. Some of their videos are long so maybe look at the whole thing & then cut up some parts for the video. Spoilers for the videos or for those who don't want to watch all of those videos, here is a short summary of what they said Fed had done to them. This may not be 100% accurate since I'm trying to recall what everyone had said on their video, still suggest to look at their videos. But summary: After Lilypichu's breakup, she was at a vulnerable state. Fed asked to massage her & then massaged her legs & thighs which was awkward for her. When he was drunk, he told her that he liked her. When she shut him down, he told her not to tell anyone else. As for Angelskimi, there were many things in the video but mainly 2 things that stand out. One where he asked to cuddle with her in her sofa. Another when 3 girls were sitting on the bed. He came in, pushed open her legs & placed his head on her crotch. As for Fuslie, one time he saw her getting changed accidentally. He kept bringing it up later as a joke that he had seen her without her top. While he was drunk, he peed in front of her when she was trying to help him. Another thing she witnessed was when they were on a some type of group trip, Fed brought a girl that he "wanted to get to know". Later during the trip, it seemed it didn't work out. Then he started avoiding her & told others negative things about her. When trip was over, the girl asked Fuslie for a lift because Fed had already left (Leaving the guest he had invited that nobody else knew) As for Moe, there are a lot of things. I would just say to look at his video. But let's just say his trust was terribly broken. Even after the news came out, he talked to Fed & Fed convinced him that it was blown out of proportion. He told Fed that he trusts & supports him. But he later found out that Fed lied to him, downplayed all the situations to make himself look like the victim and also did some things to him (that he doesn't want to share to the public) Along with the sexual harassment to mainly Yvonne & rest of the girls and manipulating his friends who were not in the scene to make himself look like the victim or the better person, most of them said that he had this way of making others feel special by saying things that he is their best friend & he'll always support them. But when he didn't need them for his videos, he'd ignore them for weeks making them feel if they had done something wrong.

It's not black and white. Being able to tell the difference between a hard/flat rejection or a soft rejection is based on social queues. Saying "Stop at any level of rejection" can imprint weakness on up and coming men. The key to being good at dating is being comfortable with rejection. If you're comfortable you can easily see a hard rejection as "I'm not her type, no big deal" or "Ah well, made a new friend" (and in some cases "Oh I crossed a boundary, I won't make that mistake again"). When you take rejection personally you're blind to the big picture or you just become pissy. Which makes me wonder if Fed had any strong male figures while growing up?

It’s pretty crazy because Fed was pretty vocal about his past, but not too much. He has talk about regrets and his relationship with his father being “STABLE” at most. I think Fed was grown up in an environment where his opinion doesn’t matter, he was controlled and criticized for everything. The stories these girls bring are very similar in that he seems hell bent on trying to control their lives. He was always on their streams: flirting with them, getting touchy with them, barging into their rooms a lot, but the reason he did this was for “content”. I didn’t really watch Fed until the quarantine started and in my opinion his quarantine streams were pretty good. He has an ear for comedic timing. Right when the quarantine stream ended his streams kinda got boring for me and I didn’t watch much after. As of right now I condemn everything he did. This is something that is very concerning especially since more than 10 people have come out about their statements about this guy. I must illiterate that Idk whether he really meant it or not. Many people tend to do what they know. In my opinion Fed is the classic case of guy who has a lot of social anxiety with women, and he was in a position of power to manipulate these girls for his agenda. He needs help because even his friends see him as a friend andI hope he gets help, because mental health can be the difference between life and death.

Fed comes off as the type who moves the goal posts in relation to his insecurities. You can see this in the podcasts where his opinion will flip flop when they're talking about relationships. He sounds like he's trying to give off that he has experience, but it misses the mark. Which is the red flag. What's frustrating is that the girls respect him, tried to help and keep things private. Yet despite this people like Lily got backlash on these things and related allegations.

Ohmygosh. This Fed guy sounds like my ex that broke up with me 3 weeks ago... He was so egotistical, he always made himself appear like the "nice guy" when all he was really doing was being manipulative. He made me believe awful things about our friends because he got mad that they moved out of our house. He roped me into believing the awful things he said about them. Two nights before he officially dumped me, I brought up my concerns with him which only spiralled into me leaving the house to stay with my friend and hour away. That night though, he still tried to play the "nice guy" saying I could have the bed and he'd sleep on the couch and that I should drink some water because I cried a lot. He kept trying to uphold this idea of, "Well, I know I just hurt her so horribly, but I'm still being kind to her, so I'm definitely a nice guy." That's a very poor example, but hopefully you get the idea. The thing is, he still wants to be friends after how toxic he was towards me, I think it's because I'm the first girl to treat him with so much kindness and never speak ill of him. I think he only wants to keep me as a friend because I boost his ego 😔 It hurts my heart to watch this because I can relate to her situation with him so much :(

Preacher David that’s.. nnot really am excuse to laugh at someone’s experience with a toxic relationship. It’s pretty shite when someone acts like a horrible person to you and when you get away from the situation they start acting kind, and nice to try and lure you back to keep treating you like trash. Hell even I found myself stuck in a toxic relationship that lasted 2 years. Constant fights, being used for his gain, and just a plethora of stuff that he blanketed by being nice to me afterward and beforehand.

I'm just glad that since I started university, I got a clean slate to reset myself and become the best person I can. And he also seems to put on a nice guy persona, but on the other hand, he's also very straightforward in his affection toward women, and has multiple online "ship" moments with girls, which varies from your definition of a nice guy.

  • @darkpufferfish

Something that I found helps a lot in handling people with such behavior, and also in making sure you don't engage in it yourself, is trying to spot what I call "hidden contracts": "Because I did X and Y for you, you must do Z for me". Unless there was an explicit agreement about that beforehand, they don't have to do anything. And even if there was an agreement beforehand, we are then talking about transactions, not relationships.

I would just like to say to all those who felt like they just glanced into a mirror after watching this video. You are not alone. You are on a road to becoming so much more. Like a Caterpillar finally ready to become a Butterfly. You have good intentions, you just became lost at some point. It's not your fault, you weren't given all the answers. I say this as a man who realized long ago on my own time and judgment that I was a toxic person. The feeling alone can be indescribable, but the process to bettering ones self is well worth the journey. Stay focused, stay positive. I wish you all the best.

I enjoyed this video and absolutely agree on this idea of "Nice guys TM" (it's become more prevalent in latest generations) and how they act towards women. In fact, I see a lot of this behaviour in my past self (late teens, early 20s self). One thing I feel is HEAVILY understated here is how Fed must feel about this whole debacle - being 'that guy' who strikes out with women he finds attractive and going through the same cycle must feel incredibly shitty. Especially with this very public intervention - he must feel very frustrated/angry/ashamed, thereby further fueling a low self-esteem. I'm not at all condoning the behaviour or lessening his friends' feelings or experiences, but feel bad for him. One needs to have empathy for all sides, even if you don't agree with his behaviour. The key, I think, is for him to use this as a catalyst for self improvement.....

Your videos popped up into my home feed a few weeks ago and I rolled my eyes and moved on. Why? Because every experience I have had with "Dating Coaches" were riddled with Red Pill concepts and terminology. I assumed you would be a Pick-up Artist Coach perpetuating toxic masculinity within dating. Reinforcing the idea that dating is a game and manipulating women into choosing you is how to win. I clicked on your video today mostly to have a laugh. "Let's hear what this guy says about Fed." Will he take Fed's side and push the incel/nice guy narrative or will he jump on board and go against Fed without anything substantial to say just to grift. Needless to say, I was so pleasantly surprised. Good to know that real and positive dating coaches exist in the world. Easiest subscription I've made in a long while. I've learned so much from you in such a short amount of time and really respect you. I love how you don't give advice on "how to win people over" because I thought that's what dating advice was. I didn't realize that I was also seeing dating and relationships as a thing to win people over, but I think differently. I've also found a new respect for myself by thinking in this way since I understand now that I am a human being and shouldn't have to validate others or have others validate me. I can see a lot of "nice guy traits" in myself (except that I don't treat people badly after nothing happens) but I definitely have an inferiority complex. As a person who is 25 and has not dated anyone yet I constantly feel like there is no one that will see me as an option. However, I also don't put myself out there (which obviously is a factor), but even when I have, I've only gotten the same outcome. Which has made me, a person with already low self esteem, get even lower self esteem. Yet, each time I get close to someone I start wanting to imagine that there is more to it which hurts my perception of friendships because any time I am shown some affection I start wanting to see it as more than it is. (i believe that is because of my lack of experience, feeling like I'm getting left behind, and wanting to be close with others). So, my question is, how do you break off your own low self esteem while also not looking at every person as a possible option and instead looking at them as simply people without putting the wish of "more" on the table?

Another good "statement" about Fed, to react to, is the one of Yassuo, it's not about dating, but it is interesting in the perspective of a broder-like friend. It resonates how you said that men have learnt to be this way to look good infront of other men, because the same is also true for toxic women and their toxic dating strategies. Growing up a lot of girls in my peer group would look down on my actions like not making the guy wait (instead being the one waiting), and actions like initiating anything with boys, showing too much interest or any interest at all, confessing, giving gifts, not making them pay for my shit, not making them chase me etc... Ive always hated these toxic expectations and im glad i actively ignored these pressures that were put on me but boi it took a lot out of me to ignore these "advices" from peers so I can see how men can easily succumb to their own toxic behaviours in dating

King of the nice guys is the PERFECT way to describe him holy shit, everyone always felt sorry for him but I couldn't shake how off/calculated every little thing he did was, from body language to jokes he'd make, it's all gaslighting

Dude I had some of these bad traits Fed has as well, and you were on the money when it comes to the factors that come into play like the adult industry and media. Thanks Recenello, you’re a real man
