When your cats started fussing I almost yelled out to my cats to cut it out XD LOL. You and Bird have so many fun hobbies and dates. So fun to watch. Also udon is one of the best types of noodles everrrrr.

I love the LEGO blind bags! We usually feel for accessory pieces like hats and hair to find the ones we want, but it definitely takes some time to go through the bags.

the sugar content of the syrup or water makes a big difference in how ice crystals form. and syrup also likely has some corn syrup which further contributes to very small ice crystals (creamier texture). egg white can also help make it more fluffy.

If the protein creami comes out well, I'd recommend trying some of the powdered protein from Boba Nutrition! They have a really good taro flavor (I also bought their matcha and milk tea, but I have so many protein powders open right now and I'm trying to finish them first 😅)

To help the crystals, try mashing the fruit with an avocado masher before freezing. It will mash down but just add milk or something to the fill line
