I have a Lacie Big 2 dock, with a Raid0 configuration. It is giving a red light (solid) and not showing in drive list. The raid contains critical data. I need to, determine: are the drives ok (seagate ironwolf pro 12TBx2); is the data on the drives ok?: solid red should be temperature related, but I do not find heat. So what is happening here. I will pull in down to inspect when I am able.

Nice i have this one two versions 200 mb and 500MB still working but i have bewerkt versión bought in 2013 with 4TB and stopped working yesterday it gets power but the drive is not running

My Lacie does show up on the disk management but is not initialized and will not let me initialize it and will not show up in my browser. Data Recovery tool? where do we get this program?

I have a Lacie 5tb the light comes on and I feel a little vibration, but it won’t show up on Mac. I took it to two shops they said it’s dead and said I need $1400. Is there anything else I can do??
