Yes I think sometimes even official brand videos try to make the process look very easy and fast. And it’s not difficult but it’s not a two minute thing either. Prep matters.

I discovered your videos about a month ago looking for tips on how to apply Dashing Diva strips. My flavor of ADHD makes it super difficult to start things especially new things, but after super sucking at nail polish my entire life I really wanted to try the gel strips. Having nothing on my nails leads to constantly picking at them, which always winds up with sore spots, so I had tons of anxiety about messing up the first set because I wanted them to be an easy option sssooo much. I wound up putting mine on while I had your anti-MLM videos playing so I could “body double” the process and listen to you chat. I used your tips and tricks, including a gel top coat, and they turned out SO NICE. The first ones were going strong at 2 weeks but I was bored of the design so I just did new ones with your videos on and my second attempt looks so good, again!! Doing my nails used to be so stressful and they’d literally chip or get smushed within a day and I’d be so frustrated. Now my nails look pretty for weeks and I’m not picking at them. Thank you for your videos and helping out people like me!! ❤️

After 8 years of doing my regular old French manicure polished nails at home every Sunday… today your videos convinced me to go to Ulta and jump on the gel sticker bandwagon. GAME CHANGER. I did the glaze powder pink or something like that and they are amazing. They look so clean. Your tips were super helpful. I’m eager to see how long they make it. Thank you!!

Wohoo! If you can do French, you will be an instant pro with stickers since they are so much easier. Ulta sells the new version of dashing diva - glow. I haven’t tried them yet but eyeing them

Love all the Dashing Diva Nail Strips, and this is a great tutorial. Thank you for all th tips and tricks to help with the longevity of the strips. My mani’s always last two weeks with just the nail strips alone, and with the gel top coat they last 3-4 weeks, and it makes my nails stronger with no breaking, therefore they grow faster.👌😊

That’s great long wear - wow. My nails look too grown out after two weeks, so I usually remove them at that point. Some people like nails that grow fast, but to me it’s just inconvenient

Noticeably different with top coat! Have you ever tried nail polish top coat instead of gel? Wondering if longevity is comparable. Fun chatty video.

No I haven’t and don’t plan to. Because nail polish on me lasts less time that strips alone so it will chip / peel earlier than two weeks

Wow I just found your video. Long time dip user doing it myself but no time to spends close to 3 hours doing them anymore. Buught my first set of DD and used dip top coat over them. I clean house and workin a restaurant so I’m real rough on my hands 4 days in and still looking good. But now I’m wondering how to remove them with dip top coat on them lol. Great video. I’ll be looking for your removal vids. Thanks so much.❤

It’s been so long that I don’t remember anymore. Even 10 months ago I haven’t seen it on their site.

Long time user of DD gloss, I tried a new Halloween set and it was great but then I tried a holiday set, it was horrible-basically gave up during application process since the free edge wouldn’t seal. Now I’m back to being cautious about the “new” formula and looking into alternatives such as NAILOG and DD Glaze.

Nailog is very good. I’m going to pick up some current gloss and see how it is. Usually it’s my favorite and they are supposed to be back to their original good formula but who knows

I’ll definitely giving nailog a try. I really miss the original gloss formula, the sizes and longevity was so much better! I tried a solid gloss pack recently it held up well but the sizing was an issue-there wasn’t enough leftover for a second set, then again it didn’t has as many sizes/stickers as a regular pack.

I’m wearing nailog right now. It’s holding well for close to a week now. Usually I have to remove them not due to wear issue but because my nails grow out.

He is spewing the typical toxic gaslighting that all MLMs do. If you don’t like it, something is wrong with you. If DD goes MLM I’ll no longer support the company. 😢
