We call this the YG style.. Just like BP, many of their songs/lyrics are in English which appeal to international fans. Babymonster is most likely market in the international market, instead of domestic Korea. This also explained that they have little promotion in Korea & hardly attend any award shows, just like BP. Ahyeon's rapping is now underrated because of her vocal prowess. Nevermind in Kpop, there is no one else in pop or hip hop anywhere who raps with her combination of unique tone and flow. Just because she doesn't get to rap much doesn't mean she's inferior. The real ones know.
