Find four actors today that could pull this off. You can't. Instead of laughing because of the brilliance of this episode, you would turn it off. Montgomery, Morehead, York and Lynde. You cannot get better.

You knew Dipstick loved Samantha aka Elizabeth Montgomery. Who wouldn't by the way? No other character in TV history put up with more unbelievable shit than he did. At least when Dick York played the part. When Bill Asher had Seargent take over; you kept hoping Endora would make him disappear and keep it that way.

I agree with Uncle Arthur - best joke he ever pulled. Every single time I have watched this episode/scene, I belly laugh, until it hurts. Props to Dick York, too. He was a terrific actor in this scene and committed, knowing he would look like a fool. Everything about this scene was hilarious.

This is why you never mess with my favorite Bewitched character, Endora, Darrin. She’ll prank you with magic tricks no matter how many times you scold her. 😂

I think that may have been my favorite episode. I laughed about as hard as Uncle Arthur did the first time I saw it. Darren looked like such an idiot.. hilarious!

Terribly. As would any one else in the roles of Samantha, Endorra and Uncle Arthur. Also Larry Tate and Mr. and Mrs. Kravitz. A silly sitcom that required brilliant actors to pull it off.

Moving that chair was a bold move as dick york had genuine back problems
