oh, thank you so much for the Choking grounds solution. I literally had no idea you could use the abyssal chain to pull yourself to walls... I'm pretty sure the game never even hinted at that :/

Lol u use it well before u get to this point must of forget

good vid, picked this game up cheap at a steam sale and all it did was remind me of how much I hate repetitive backtracking god of war clones. There is nothing lazier in game design than making the player comb over areas they've already been to in order to pad out the play time. I reached this point in the game and just didn't feel like the busy work anymore. This vid really helped a lot.

BloodofCaine quite enjoyed the game. Felt like a Legend of Zelda/GoW mashup with the 4 dungeons and what not but the pacing really started to drag in the tower and then this seven piece fetch quest bullshit was the last straw for me. Normally don't look things up but that last one was annoying the shit out of me and this was an already bs quest to simply drag out time.

That stupid 5th piece! No where else in the game, so far, does it require you to use your hook to grab onto climbable siding. The game also never mentions it, as well.

Alex Comiskey I had no problems with the rest of the game; I don't really think this game needs a strategy guide, except in a few spots. Loved the game. It may be one of my top ten favs for PS3, either that or very close to my top ten list.

Yes it does, in the spider area you do the exact same thing with the grapple. lol, It was very obvious for me.

Didn't know you could use the grapple hook like that. Got stuck at that part. Wish the game had made you do that earlier or told you could. Anyway thanks for the help. Just finished it.

if u guyz dont know how to take the piece jsut use the mask of shadows itll be on an anvil and press b or o to ttake it by the way the uploader of this vid thx alot ur awesome!

I missed Vulgrim's serpent hole in Broken stairs and I haven't the slightest idea of how to get there.

there's a staircase that leads underground, it'll have the Vulgrim ornament at the top so you just keep heading down. Mind you, this is the area where all the baddies are crowded.

@JoshTheFatHeadBrown Tou mean choking grounds and the dry road. Simply go to north scalding gallow, where theres a vulgrim location nearby, and break an ice wall with the gauntlet. You should go to dry road. To the choking grounds, you turn east right before samael's pad entrace and hop on the geisers. To save the locations find vulgrim. Sry for my bad english i'm not american. :P

I completed Darksiders last night defeating the Destroyer who turned out to be Abaddon who faked his death and every level of this game.

if you've killed the boss go to where you fought it and jump down that's your way out, if you haven't there are dozens of walkthroughs on KZread, they'll help you ^^

@mitulvohra95 perhaps, graphics driver is the culprit here.try using some other version of the drivers (i assume tht you are currently using the latest drivers). you can also try setting your graphics card to its original clocks if u have overclocked it!

if you have an augment on chaoseater, and then get armageddon sword, will you lose the augment?

@jtngrg well about specs.. i am having dual core 3.00 ghz windows 7 2 gb dd3 ram..and geforce 7900..my brother have a desktop with ati 4670 which plays fine .. i think that problem is with nvidia and this game.. many of the people have this problem.. i fear that no patch will be released.. and if you are thinking that its because of my low graphics card then how x3100 can run it without any bugs??
