It's true the purpose of deep web is it to store government documents/secrets/files with highest security but when hackers found access to deep web it became dark web... Thousands of videos like he mentioned are there in dark web. I haven't entered dark web but i heard from people who accessed dark web and they described it and it's so traumatizing
