That second game... when you observed that Classic had become shook, where he was freezing and only reacting. As a coach you may be interested to learn they've streamlined how to train issue this in the airline industry when training flight crews. I think if you looked up the common terms, and studied a few articles on how they've learned to address them, it would absolutely apply to players in this game, in situations like that. They've refined tricks and exercises to embrace the feelings of surprise, panic, and stress so they automatically fall back on the responses they've refined... but it's so they can do that all while still thinking ahead of decisions and moves they're going to need to make. Dunno, thought you were so right, and it might be interesting reading for you.

Mentioned this comment to a friend, he says I mansplain and babble too much 🙄, and I can't disagree, but I'll leave this here because I like how you teach your audience while you cast. And analysis is sharp, and you describe the player's mindsight, explaining changes in gameplay performance due to their headspace. Seemed if you'd known how to address the issue, you would've kept going (cause you're a born teacher) on explaining how to handle it after pointing out its root cause. Because you brought up the issue, I was waiting to hear how to manage it... my two cents is it's psychological in nature. Since airlines deal with people operating a thousand things at once in life & death situations, they know how to handle brain operating at max capacity... they've learned to treat monitoring their stress level as an additional thing to monitor and train, just like handling micro and micro.... just thinking they might have things to scoop up for your audience

From what I've heard Parting will unfortunately not be coming back to professional SC2. Can't really blame him with the shape that the Protoss race is in atm.

I heard he wanted to try and win a GSL then focus on newer games like Stormgate as they are released

Why would classic recall when he has 16 probes left when he has a massive army? Makes zero sense to me. Even i wouldn't do that honestly.(game2)

stalkers are kind of clunky. maybe increase fire rate and decrease damage for the "overkill" problem.
