No, a hero would sacrifice himself first. An actual villain would destroy the world for themselves or if they really did do it for one person, chances are they're a massive creep. I.E. THANOS

I wouldn't have said "kill" as opposed to saying that. I would "Remove the boundaries of what would bind to the acceptable means of normality and how they oppose me. Thus they would have to be removed from that being of in which is that I rebuke."
