when I was in apprenticeship, there was a room where they played extreme genres like Industrial, Black metal, Dubstep, Noise, Dark Electro, Aggrotech etc. all the time

Yeah, all of us, being the beautifully demented minority of human the human race, were similarly enchanted by that scene. Ive been to a decent amount of raves, mainly your standard massives and what not, but also a handful underground, of the books, neverhappened outside of memory, sort of events, and while they certainly did possess elements of that scene, it still wasnt quite there... i guess the getting torn apart by vampires part is a more important part of it than i thought..

I love this comment. Dude, the people making most of the music, you're listening to are around your dads age. I'm an 80's goth-kyd and I teach at a university, so, that would make me your grandpa. And, I still continue to collect, listen, and dance, only, to Dark Synth-Wave/Electronic, Cyber-Goth, EBM, Aggro-Tech, German Progressive music - age is just a number. So, believe it or not, you dad is pretty dammed cool; plus, he must be absolutely, awesome to have raised you, to like this music also. Your dad I, would both be shuffling (punch, kick, swing) between his 65' Mustang and my 55' Jaguar Mark VII (Mod Saloon).
