Protip: You can actually completely nullify the damage you take from power within by reducing your max hp as low as possible in dark souls, which is what you should be doing on glass cannon builds such as this since you'll be dying in 1 shot of any boss anyways

It's a glitch where if smough attacks right before phase 2 starts, the hitbox lingers in that spot throughout the entirity of phase 2.

Ornstein makes you fire twice so you can’t say you one shotted him

You, sir, are a professional. I am a fighter through and throguh (okay, maybe with a touch of pyromancy), and I am most impressed.

I mean, spell glass cannons are cool and all, but I still like my Demon Greataxe+15 w/ Power Within and weapon buffs. No glass cannon HP required, just a 10-20 light attacks. I will say, I've never seen Ornstein crumple that fast, though. Straight up magicked away. Man got mindcrushed. Team Rocket took payback on Pikachu.

Sorcery never gonna feel this op again

ha ha lol. I should make a highlights reel of all of my attempts, where I go through the fog gate with 20% health for the RTSR, get instantly speared by Ornstein before the fog clears.

Okay, one shot Ornstein IS something. But clearly, it wasn't even needed to use power within At intelligence 50, 3 soul spear and ded.

It's because Smough attacked there as Ornstein died and the hitbox for the attack stayed.
