I tried this method..No words to say dear. First time I got perfect black and red. No need adding more colors.No bitter taste. Amazing result. I used Americolor red and black. OMG! I tried this today with a blue icing. I did not let it sit 6 hrs or at all. But I did mix color in a small amount of cream and added it to the lighter blue icing and wow!!! Yes! It worked!Thank you so much!!!!!

Which brand whipping cream and red colour did you use. Please reply. It didn't work for me. I used rich gold whipping cream.

I always have had tried various tips from various bakers like adding little cocoa powder to the cream along with the gel colour, but everytime failed to achieve such a bright colour. Your tip is very helpful. Watching this video for the second time. Earlier didn't leave a comment, came again to leave a comment. Love from Mangalore ❤️

Its my question too, even though if using non diary whipping cream after add milk into that, it will be in loose texture...may get perfect color but how to pipe in stiff consistency... usually fridge kept whipping cream can use in layer filling or crumb coat the cake ...can u pls reply?

For red velvet cookies no need this method.This method only for dark colors for whipping cream and Buttercream Use good quality good color.
