I work in central government. Recently in my office I’ve audited a medical bill of pensioner wife where the total amount is 22 lakhs and the patient hasn’t paid single rupee to the hospital. This is possible due to CGHS health scheme. Show me one private company which has this kind of healthcare. Hence time taking to get a public sector job is worth.

Indian pvt sector has a long way to go, developing better work environment. Pvt jobs in western countries are really good, there is always a human side. But, here in India they are good at juicing every drop. Changes are visible and hopefully preferences will follow.

After doing Rudaali on government, you will find Jijaji with Government Job. Skills don't give you stability in private sector. Only network gives you jobs. Without network skills are useless. Network is nothing but bootliking.

It is simply because there's no dignity of labour in India. India is way behind Australia, Canada and many other developed countries in this regard. Pvt sector at lower level is skewed. Top pvt jobs are grabbed by IIT, IIM placements. India needs boost in pvt sector, skill development and entrepreneurship otherwise India's going to produce highest percentage of frustrated, depressed youth in the world.

Being a private sector employee i want to say that its worst because of not only work load or that headaches but can't even take leaves if having any problem, adjustment of time nothing agree that promotions on peak but also increase more tension more headaches and more responsibility which youth don't want they just want work and peace😊😊❣️

Government jobs actually let's you live your life ,I myself am working in an uper division clerk or data entry operator.weekends are off, salary is good cause my office is like at distance of 15 km from my house,we live in a small town, I get to spend a lot of time with friends and family ( things that actually make me happy,no work pressure ( mental well being) can also spend time with my gf,secured job and I am 23 .I know people who are 32-33working in private sectors away from family in another city, with no serious relationships and actually depressed.just remember at the end of the day a big house,a big car or lot of paper in your account is not gonna make you happy,your family,the love of your life and your friends,are gonna be the real reason for your happiness.😊

I agree but once you enter govt job you cannot sharpen your skill.... Same routine job, office politics, less staff more work and no latest industry level training.... So all the skills which you had applied for cracking the govt job gets blunt in due course of time.

Even then also people would opt for govt jobs. It's more about work-life balance and job security that people opt for it. Even if you join in lower positions in central govt. you enjoy lots of perks. Unless and until government comes up with strict enforcement of labour laws, nothing will change.

@@Strawberry12352 You firstly try to get into a corporate job because apart from having job it will be very risky to prepare for any Central Government exam. In corporate you can have lots of support,testing projects where coding is not required.Then study for all the exams. See if you're doing job,try to focus in just one exam either central govt or banking. As I was from corporate and I needed to have a strong govt job, for that reason I didn't give any bank exams. I was totally focussed towards central govt job. Even I didn't give any state govt job also apart from WBCS. And patience,sacrifice, no facebook, no whatsapp using are required. Constant study for 6-8 hrs are required. And don't believe in Astrology as that can demotivate and break you from inside. That's all ! I hope you will do best in future 😊 From my experience I can say that you don't need to be a talented one but a hardworking one.

From the day of my birth i understood human always want the easiest path of life less risk taking but more and more gaining .They always tend to take shortest path as possible and when they dont succeed they complain .I am kindof guy who liek to fail to become succed and i still continue it to be i have never been to rat race !!

Mein govt bank mein contractual work kadta hu they bank employee literally jealous ki yehh banda hamare tarah kam kyu kad raha hein is age mein...but salary bohot low milta hein😢... But mujhe jitna samajh aya jo salary govt 1 ke upad lagate hein usse 3-4 bande ahh jaynege kam kadne with full potential in contractual

Don't generalize government jobs and also you can't generalize private jobs. It varies from one organization to another and from one industry to another.
