"Dark" (Netflix) Filming Locations: Where the Heck is Winden?
The German Netflix show "Dark" changed the mystery genre forever. But it's not only the storyline that makes this series so special - it's also the look. Most of the scenes were filmed in mysterious dark forests. Others show iconic places like abandoned railroad tracks, neighborhoods that look like they are straight from the 50's and of course: a mysterious old cave. In this video I will show you the most important "Dark" shooting locations in Germany.

I think those logs are there to ensure there is only one car on the bridge at any given moment. A few logs are cheaper than maintenance.

My two sons and I were in Berlin a year ago and visited some of the Dark filming locations. We visited the bridge and train tracks, the school and the church. The church is super cool. We took public transportation to all of these places, so it required a lot of walking, but was definitely worth it. The church is in a huge cemetery. I think it's the second biggest in Germany. A beautiful area. The church and bridge/train tracks aren't too far from each other. On the bus from the church area to the school, we saw the spot where Bennie's trailer was parked. That was pretty cool.
You should do more German films and series. I bet there are no you-tubers doing that in English
Your english is really good, but the word series has only 2 cylibles not 3.
