It also means, however, that they will respect non-Orks if they fight well enough. Warboss Ghazkhull (Armageddon) once succeeded in capturing Commisar Yarrick, his human nemesis, only to release him unharmed instead of killing him because 'good opponents iz hard ter find'.

Also, during the Great Crusade, a small group of Wolf Guard, including Ranulf the Strong, were buying time to allow their battle brothers to retreat, and were able to kill hundreds if not thousands of Orks, as well as halt their entire offensive, before being killed. When the Space Wolves returned, they've found that the Orks had built a shrine for the Wolf Guard, placing their bodies on top of thrones made out of Ork wargear and Ork corpses.

Orks will use humans as cattle for slaughter. Some will even poison their enemy after a battle out of spite for their loss.

That's hot

I remember defeating the Necrons with them. The end was kinda funny when the pariah Macabee found the bomb which was really just a bunch of random explosive stuff thrown in a pile. And the Necrons are supposed to be the most advanced race in the universe.

I never realized the war song for The Thirteenth Warrior was playing during the Ork reports. UIGHHH this made my day!

and when you get older you understand there is something pure and beutiful about the ork. There's is a truely pure being devoid of corruption.. They lack introspection because they have no need of it. Driven by a desire for a glorious life they go forth into the world immune to the xenos and Choais Gods temptaion. Where the tau and eldars have fallen to corruption the Ork stands unbroken by Chaos standing firm in thier faith in Mork and Gork

Ahhh I just love orks. They live and breathe battle with utter disregard for both their own and everyone else's life.

What I find pretty humourous is that the orkz didn't actually defeat the necrons, they just collapsed the catacombs. Crons FTW!!

Well said. Although small in numbers, they make up the Waaagh cause without them, the Orks would be still living in the jungle and not doing anything.

@Sulvuss if an ork has enough faith in his warboss then it will happen because they're fueled by warp magic so what ever they believe in it will happen but the problem with that is some orks want their warboss to die so they have a chance to take over

Definitely the right music for the Orks when referring to their bloody conquests. It makes the Orks seem like bloodthristy beasts hellbent on murdering everything in their path which is in fact very true.

We won't know until the next expansion Soulstorm is release.

taus can hold great firing lines. and the orks will all die if the tau player places his units well. Such as rigging the orks into narrow firing lines and making use of broadsides, snares, and drone squads.

MrCouchmen They are probably saving him for Dawn of War 3. I think Eliphas is gonna end up fleeing the Eye of Terror and becoming a mercenary in the service of the Dark Mechanicus. The Blood Ravens would probably be fighting alongside the Mordian Iron Guard against the Necrons.

They'd likely kill them all given that fact that the Orks have an uncontrolled blood lust for killing and would regard them as a threat to their existence. Besides, the Orks can very rapidly spawn so they don't need to keep any non-Orks alive as slave labor.

meh ive been told by many a ork player that theyre too devoted to gork and mork for them to be corrupted but oh well i prefer the space marines and eldar and dont take much notice of orks

Btw Orks don't exterminate humans in the areas they conque. They enslave them and put some of them to arenas as gladiators. But most their slaves are gretchin as they reproduce the same way as orks, and where are orks there are gretchin too they are Orkoids too.
