Kholood Khair's proposal that the international community - as a whole, West & East especially - needs to prioritise, first & foremost, forming a consensus to simply stop the war seems key. None of the other steps she, and the other panelists raised, important as they clearly are, can be addressed until this happens. But can this consensus be arrived at by the broader international community before resolution of the Gaza war?
