I think Blade was sposed to be premiering by now? Except, Disney keeps pulling Mickey Mouse BS. A trailer debut adjacent to this would've been ideal.

Watch Brielle kill her father and take on the mantle of Blade in the upcoming series. I mean she's his character as a young girl but without the harsh trauma Blade lived through over decades, they tried to make his movie about her taking his mantle, and Marvel currently loves deconstructing characters across their books. I know it's Varnae possessing Blade and I know Dracula knows this and is playing everyone to his own ends. I just want bad-ass Blade doing monster hunting. Not his daughter. To be absolutely fair, I started collecting comics as a kid in the 70s and never cared for kid heroes. As a kid I wanted to partake in the world of adults. Now as an adult I still don't want kid heroes, especially entitled heroes that are basically coddled by writers. Maybe we'll get the real Blade when this is done. I have my worries.

Why are comic stories so filled with family betrayal? Blade, Black panther, Spider-Man (miles) and storm. Who's next? Blue Marvel betrays Monica.
