I love how this was done. I knew it was Bullseye when this guy was hitting his targets and especially when he threw the gun. But I thought they would make him a hitman hired to protect Fisk (that was Bullseye in the comics). Then Fisk crawls out with his hands up. Boom, turns out Bullseye is law enforcement and that made him far more terrifying. Heck of a reveal.

What's great is that this isn't even his first scene. He briefly appears earlier to escort Fisk, saying something like "let's go, convict." So seeing him again makes it that much cooler.

Frank has the better overall fighting skills, military training, expert in hijacking, torturing, infiltration, guerrilla warfare, etc not to mention and incredible resilience to pain. Highly skilled at operating most conventional to unconventional firearms and sharp weapons. However Bullseye is the ultimate marksman. He can turn any petty, common object into a deadly weapon or projectile. That’s the gimmick of the character. He’s can become so deadly with so little at his disposal. This guy has killed people with pieces of paper, a straw, a M&M sweet, an orange seed. His own snot! If you’ve the seen John wick movies where he kills people with just a pencil that’s bullseye x10000. The guy is no joke. He once hurled an array of sharp pencils at Spider-Man during one encounter in the comics and Spider-Man had to flee! Bullseye’s deadly aim and unerring accuracy was too much for Peter. Like punisher, bullseye is technically not enhanced. He does not possess any supernatural abilities but he is capable of superhuman feats regardless. Punisher will always have to rely on weapons to kill but bullseye could kill him by throwing a paper airplane at him. His power-set is that legit it’s preposterous. I’d argue that they are both evenly matched.

A Frank vs. Bullseye fight would depend on conditions. If it's a random encounter in a place with items Dex could take it. But a prepared fight or an open area, no chance.

bullseye should use one handed aim gun, that make him even more badass

I wrote a case study on him for a psych course. Always been a deadshot myself, but those ricochets are nuts, definitely want FMJ's for that sort of thing. I prefer 9mm Hornady critical duty, they were designed to go straight through car doors, windows - but are some wicked hollowpoints. Fortunately, I'm not a sociopath and haven't had to use them. Gun disassembly is fast, especially on service models, but the throws are very unrealistic. Awesome entry, too bad he has the moral compass of Donald Trump. Be cool to see what happens if they make another season, though.
