လူရှေ့သူရှေ့ကျ အရမ်းကိုယ်ချင်းစာတတ်သူကြီး ကြင်နာတတ်သူကြီး သဘောကောင်းသူကြီးပါပေါ့။ ကွယ်ရာကျ.. 🙂 “ဒီတခါNay Chi Oo ပိုက်ဆံလွှဲပီးလှူခဲ့ရင် သူ့ကိုပြန်မလွှဲပါနဲ့။ ညီမတို့ စိမ်းလဲ့တင် ၀န်ထမ်းဟောင်းတွေကိုလွှဲပေးပါ။ ညီမတို့လစာကနေ တစ်လကို 10% စုကြေးဆိုပြီး ဖြတ်ဖြတ်ထားပြီး အလုပ်ထွက်သည်ဖြစ်စေ အထုတ်ခံရသည်ဖြစ်စေ ပြန်မပေးပါဘူးရှင်။ အဲ့မှာ တစ်နှစ်နီးပါးလုပ်ခဲ့ပီး တစ်လကို 130000ရဲ့ 10% 13000 ကိုဖြတ်ကြပါတယ်။ 13000အမြှောက် 12=156000 ks ပါ။ အခုထိပြန်မရပါဘူး။ ၀န်ထမ်းတွေကိုဒဏ်ကြေးရိုက်ပြီး သမီးကို သိန်း400တန်ပိုက်ဆံအိတ်၀ယ်ပေးခဲ့တာပါ။” Edit-အလုပ်၀င်တာ မှတ်ပုံတင်အပ်ရပါတယ်။ မှတ်ပုံတင်မရှိတဲ့လူဆို မှတ်ပုံတင်အစား ၀င်၀င်ချင်း တစ်လကို 40000နဲ့ နှစ်လအဖြတ်ခံရပါတယ်။ မှတ်ပုံတင် သို့ ငွေရှစ်သောင်း ဟာ ထိုနည်း၎င်းပါပဲ။ အလုပ်အထုတ်ခံရသည်ဖြစ်စေ ကိုယ့်သဘောနဲ့ကိုယ်ထွက်ခဲ့သည်ဖြစ်စေ ပြန်မရပါဘူး။ ပြန်ပေးမယ်ပြောပြီး အိမ်ပြန်လွှတ်ပါတယ်။ ပြန်လာယူရင် ဟိုရွှေ့ဒီရွှေ့ပါ။ ပိုက်ဆံကတော့ အဆုံးလို့ပဲမှတ်လိုက်ပါ။ 2018လောက်ထိကို ၀င်၀င်ချင်းအခြေခံ လစာ တစ်လ 1သိန်းပါ။ ဒါကို လူဖူလုံက လူတွေသိသွားလို့ 130000 ဖြစ်သွားတာပါ။ အချိန်ပိုဆင်းရတာတွေအတွက် OT price ဆိုတာမရှိပါဘူး။ တစ်လကို ခွင့်2ရက်ထပ်ပိုပျက်ခဲ့ပါက တစ်ရက်ကိုလုပ်ခ1ရက်စာရဲ့နှစ်ဆဖြတ်ပါတယ်။ ယောကျာ်းလေးတွေကိုသီးသန့်ခိုင်းတဲ့ ဖက်ထိပ် (စစ်အသုံးအနှုန်းစကား) ဆိုပြီးတစ်ဌာန တစ်ယောက်နှုန်းနဲ့ အလေးအပင်တွေနေပူထဲမ ရပါတယ်။ မြောင်းတွေအမှိုက်တွေရှင်းရပါတယ်။ မိုးရွာလည်း ခိုင်းပါတယ်။ နေမကောင်းဘာညာဖြစ်လို့ဆိုပြီး ဆေးခန်းလိုက်ပို့တာ ရှိပေမယ့် သူတို့စိတ်မမှန်ပါ။ ဆေးဖိုးဝါးခ လုံး၀ (လုံး၀) တာ၀န်မယူပါ။ ဟိုတယ်မှာရတဲ့ sale tax ကို နိုင်ငံတော်ကို ပေးမပေးတော့မသိပါဘူး။ ၀န်ထမ်းတွေရရမယ့် service tax ကိုတော့ ဘယ်တုန်းကမှ ၀န်ထမ်းတွေမရခဲ့ကြပါ။ အလုပ်ချိန် 8နာရီကျော်တဲ့အပြင် အချိန်ပိုကြေးဆိုပီး လူများရင်များသလို ဆင်းခိုင်းပြီး လုပ်အားခ မပေးပါ။ ကြီးမားတဲ့အပြစ်ဒဏ်တွေကတော့ သမီးရည်းစားချိန်းတွေ့တာနဲ့ Customer complain ပါ။ လစာရဲ့ တစ်၀က်တိတိကို ဖျက်ပစ်ပါတယ်။ မကျေနပ်ရင် အလုပ်ထွက်လို့ရတယ်လို့ ပြောပါတယ် ထွက်ပါက မှတ်ပုံတင်မရပါ လူမှုဖူလုံ ကိုတင်ပြရတဲ့ စာချူပ်နဲ့ HR ဌာနမှာ ထားတဲ့စာချူပ်က လစာ မတူပါဘူး။ အမှန်တကယ်ရတာ 130000 ဆို လူမှုဖူလုံ ကိုပြတဲ့စာချူပ်မှာ 150000/160000 ပါ (၀န်ထမ်းမျက်မြင်) ရှဲလ်ပေးကြဦး။ Media တွေဆီက attentionလိုချင်တယ်။ အကုန်လုံးပြောပြချင်လို့။ #credit

@@iisunshixe6626 everyone has their own goals in many different ways and different opportunities but if your parents had this kind of opportunity making money like nay chi father back in the day before you were born then your life will be like nay chi who is super rich and her dad also served in Burmese army and had this chance for his family future to stay wealthy which it part of his goal, his dad might be a evil but that don’t make her look like a evil because she’s doesn’t really know much about life compared to her father because she grew up in rich family without working hard for her life but still trying her best to do whatever she wants to get people attention as a young celebrity maybe she wants to do this because she love for her family, fans, or Burmese society and she can be good in her own ways for her fans and love ones.
