She wasn't overly concerned until she started developing entire patches of hair loss, forcing her to adopt a comb-over style at 24. After seeking treatment, she was diagnosed with alopecia areata, an auto-immune disease that causes sudden hair loss in patches. Now, she is documenting her journey on her TikTok page, with over 10 million views on her initial video, and is an advocate for hair loss and alopecia awareness.
