No joke, that made me a little bit sad. They weren't in it to win, they were there to show Dante he needed to be prepared. Technically in the end they sacrificed themselves to aid Dante to defeat Virgil, I was sad when they died.

@Nick The Guy The difference is that while in DMC 5 Nero does it once, DmC Donte says it all the time. If you repeat a joke too much it stops being funny, that's the difference

Dante: I think that look suits you better.

Dante and the first Cerberus to me had the best comedic interaction. Especially because there was a badass song playing in the background and this man Dante is over here making fun of a creature that's based on the Watcher and Protector of Hades. Lol. Dante has literally no chill.

It's still one of the coolest little details to me that they synched the whole thing up so that the lyrics in the song started exactly when you regain control of Dante. The little details were what made these games

Dante is literally the physical embodiment of nonchalance, cockiness and Confidence with the arrogance to prove it DMC 4 Dante was my favorite coz it's the only game Dante never really felt threatened. He seats on Belial's flaming tail as if he's on a beach and makes a Shakespear opera with Agnus, plus literally shit talking the Saviour who's the game's big bad. Man I just love this guy

DMC3 is still the funniest one imo, it's probably because Dante is just younger... Also, still questioning why pistols are op in the cutscenes but hit like spudguns in the game.

Man Agnus and Dante interaction is probably the best thing in all DMC games

DMC 3 Dante is my favorite. Nothing feels a bit much, but it does set a bar for the player to be good enough to deserve his attitude.

I like how Griffon warns Dante, as well as you, the player, that if you had a small bit of trouble against V's Familiars, then Vergil will be even more of a nightmare.

@@galaxy_kitten95 Arguably, the outfit itself in DmC isn't bad, it's more the attitude of reboot Dante, the mismanagement of the publishers and PR, and the misinterpretation of what should've been a love letter to the old instead becoming what looked like a straight insult to the original (DmC's infamous white hair moment). That frames the color scheme and outfit so much worse than just "Punk but it's interpreted as emo now"

I like his attitude. That is what it call of man with character.

We need DMC remastered, ASAP.
