Love the Snooker Athlete and other athlete crossover episodes. I think these types of videos do more for the game than people realize, and seeing the perspective of top pros from other sports and how they relate to and contrast with snooker is always fun to watch.

Danny has always had such a good short game that it's odd that he hasn't won some more bigger tournies. Just shows important it is to smash it miles in the modern game and he is not exactly short off the tee. Really like his attitude and approach. When he has one of his streaky weeks and hits fairways, he is a handful for anyone. Gutted when he lost that one a while back to Homa on the last. Golf is a weird game at times.

Yeah, maybe you shouldn't bother practicing too hard right before matches. Have a few strikes on the practice table to get your arm going but I wonder just how much sheer confidence does...like, when you were winning everything, your confidence and focus were like "nobody can beat me", and so they rarely did. You clearly still have the ability to play brilliantly, so just own it...see what happens.

There is no way anyone would have that much precision and cue ball control to bring it up and down the table 15 times and never miss a single shot. You'd never see it in competition either. People would rather take the safe frame than the impossible max.
